Research topic: The trend towards hybrid animation (blending 2D and 3D) in 2018 – 2025.
The time frame is set from 2018 when the “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” came out and started a massive popularity boom in hybrid animation.
Research question: How does the audience perceive hybrid animation compared to traditional 3D animation?
