Interactive digital installation “Beneath” is a project about inner world which hides underneath the mask. While creating it, we were thinking about people mental health and personalities a lot. This made us realize that every single one of us has something that we do not show to others.
In technical term, this project was a big challenge for us, as we were doing it in Touch Designer. We had a few workshops about this software, but we did not study it. Thus, we had to watch a lot of tutorials and ask Google a lot of things. Every step was almost done with blind fold on our eyes, as we were never sure in the outcome. We had meetings every week for 5 hours straight to make everything work. While it was one of the biggest challenges we faced, I am very proud of the final outcome.
We had a lot of fun doing this project. It was entirely new experience for me and, thanks to our team, I am very gratefull I had an opportunity to create such an amazing project.
